Trusts
A Trust is a comprehensive way to plan for your estate. A Trust, similar to a Will, allows you to designate responsible parties and plans of action upon your passing. This includes designating who receives your assets and establishes who should provide care for a minor child through guardianship provisions. However, Trusts have many benefits that Wills do not.
Our Trust Packages
- Outline how assets are to be disbursed upon passing
- Provide specific plans for how one’s assets are managed during incapacity
- Transfer real property or other assets into the Trust
- Establish guardianship for minors and allocate resources for their care
- Establish guardianship for pets and allocate resources for their care
- Appoint individual(s) to make financial decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so
- Appoint individual(s) to make healthcare decisions on your behalf if you are able to do so
- Outline healthcare wishes (life-saving measures, comfort care, etc.)
- Outline post-death care (plans for remains, services, etc.)
Benefits of a Trust

- Ensures minor children are cared for by a carefully selected individual of your choice
- Gives a trusted individual financial access to manage your affairs in the event you are incapacitated (avoids missed payments, payment of utility bills, etc.)
- Individual appointed to be Power of Attorney has the ability to use your financial resources for your best interest
- Provides control over healthcare choices
- Provides control over post-death choices
